Internal System Audit TS 16949 with our new Management Officer for Quality and Environment
Mark Martin, who had been working in our work preparation department since May 2023, moved to Quality Management in December last year, where he took on the role of Management Officer for Quality and Environment.
As one of the larger projects in quality management, Mark Martin supervised the internal system audit according to TS 16949 at herpa print at the end of February. The internal system audit is considered a dress rehearsal for the TS 16949 main audit. In doing so, our processes are put through their paces with regard to conformity or possible deviations. The requalification audit is scheduled for May 2024, for which we are now optimally prepared.
Another success: Immediately following the internal audit, herpa print was audited by the Asian regulatory authority VSCC on 28 Feb 2024 with regard to a D-part (part subject to documentation) of an OEM and received approval for the Asian market.
